Who is behind FermPal?

My name is Fabrizio. Since 2020 I have been brewing, fermenting, and experimenting in my small laboratory in Gollion, Switzerland.

After more than 100 craft beer recipes, I pivoted to No/Low ABV fermentations — Water Kefir, Kombucha, Ginger Beer.

FermPal is the tool I wish I had from the start: simple, smart, and designed by someone who really ferments.
